Anita Obasi serves as our Events Manager and is a seasoned events professional who takes pride in curating deeply impactful experiences. She is driven by the belief that creating safe spaces for expression is the key towards tangible social impact and community building. She has been recognized for her commitment towards purposed-centered storytelling as a former keynote speaker at the University of Texas’ Feminist Action Project Conference, as well as earning an Austin’s ‘Best Of’ award for her grassroots events work. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, and when she’s not focused on work, she is most likely exploring the beaches and hikes of Southern California.
