Brielle Blackshear is an experienced nonprofit manager with nearly seven years of expertise in nonprofit development operations and strategy. In her previous role as Development Manager at Princeton AlumniCorps, she spearheaded initiatives to provide leadership development opportunities for nonprofit leaders nationwide. Brielle’s passion for social impact work began during her undergraduate years at Rutgers University, where she earned a B.A. in Labor Studies and Employment Relations with a minor in Public Health, all while being a new mom. Recognizing the lack of resources for non-traditional students like herself, she collaborated with university administration and student volunteers to implement policies that support student parents.
Brielle holds a leadership development certificate from Princeton AlumniCorps’ Emerging Leaders program and is certified in mental health first aid. She is excited to join the ASJ Team as the Individual Giving Associate. In her free time, Brielle enjoys attending concerts and traveling with her son, Amari.
