Previously, Terrance served as the Time Done California Statewide Director and the Inland Empire representative for Californians for Safety and Justice’s Second Chances Project. He played a pivotal role in advancing policies such as AB 1076, SB731, AB 1008, Proposition 47, and Proposition 57, empowering communities and promoting social justice through his work.
