Payton is a Grants Associate at Alliance for Safety and Justice. Prior to working with ASJ, Payton worked as a Grants Coordinator for a nonprofit that provides mental health care and supportive services. She has experience planning and coordinating grant activities in line with organizational goals and co-managing a diverse grants portfolio.
Payton received a M.Sc. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from University College Dublin and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from University of Portland. Payton is a loving dog mom and coffee aficionado. She enjoys going on hikes with her family, traveling, and trying new foods. Payton currently lives in the Bay Area, CA.
