Terrance serves as the Time Done Training and Chapter Development Manager at the Alliance for Safety and Justice (ASJ). With over 10 years of experience, Terrance is a dedicated advocate for policy changes that remove obstacles to redemption for individuals with past convictions. In his current role, he engages nationally with Time Done members, enhancing leadership through trainings and facilitating connections to resources, clean records, and chapter activities. Previously, Terrance served as the Time Done California Statewide Director and the Inland Empire representative for Californians for Safety and Justice’s Second Chances Project. He played a pivotal role in advancing policies such as AB 1076, SB731, AB 1008, Proposition 47, and Proposition 57, empowering communities and promoting social justice through his work.
